• We currently provide delivery services within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Deliveries outside the UAE are not available at this time.

2. Delivery Times

• Standard delivery timelines are 2–5 business days for most products, depending on stock availability and location.
• Expedited delivery may be available for select products; details will be provided at checkout.
• Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before order confirmation.
• Delivery is charged transparently, with no hidden fees.
• Certain premium services (insured delivery, express shipping) may incur additional charges.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
• Once processed, your order will be prepared, packed, and dispatched via our trusted delivery partners.
• You will receive tracking information through email or the AIN Gold app.

5. Risk and Ownership Transfer

• Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.
• Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt and ensure it is complete and undamaged.

6. Delivery Requirements

• The recipient must provide accurate and complete delivery details, including building name, apartment number, and contact number.
• In case of failed delivery attempts due to incorrect details, additional delivery charges may apply.
• Authorized recipients may be required to present proof of identity at the time of delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If the product is damaged, lost, or incorrect, please contact AIN Gold within 24 hours of delivery.
• We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.

8. International Shipping

• Currently, AIN Gold does not ship outside the UAE.
• We aim to expand delivery services internationally in the future; updates will be posted on the Platform.
