2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

We deliver across India to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery timelines depend on location, product availability, and operational factors. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout. Risk in the product passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

• Standard Delivery: Typically delivered within 5–10 business days depending on location.
• Express Delivery: Available in select locations; additional charges may apply.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and displayed before order confirmation.
• Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders exceeding a specified amount.

4. Order Tracking

Customers can track their orders via the ASNA DigiGold app or through the tracking link sent via email/SMS. Tracking updates include order processing, dispatch, and estimated delivery.

5. Delivery Issues

In the event of:

• Incorrect or incomplete address provided
• Delivery failed due to customer unavailability
• Any damage during transit
