• We do not accept order cancellations once an order is placed, except where required by law.
• Customers are encouraged to review product details, images, and specifications carefully before confirming their order.

2. Order Verification

Every order undergoes verification for payment and authenticity. Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders (Before Dispatch)

In rare cases where an order is cancelled before dispatch (for example, due to stock unavailability or technical errors), refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.

4. Failed Transactions or Technical Errors

If a payment fails (e.g., debited from your account but not reflected in our system), we will resolve the issue within 5–7 working days after confirmation from our banking/payment gateway partner. For urgent support regarding failed transactions, please contact our customer support immediately.
