• Orders can be canceled only before they are processed for shipping.
• Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is not permitted, but returns may be applicable under our Return and Refund Policy.
• Certain items, such as customized or personalized products, may be non-cancellable.

2. How to Cancel an Order

• Log in to your AIN Gold account and navigate to the Order History section.
• Select the order you wish to cancel and click on “Request Cancellation.”
• Cancellation requests must include accurate order details to be processed successfully.

3. Confirmation of Cancellation

• Upon receiving your cancellation request, AIN Gold will review your order.
• You will receive a confirmation via email or Platform notification once the cancellation is approved.
• If the order has already been processed for shipping, cancellation cannot be completed.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Refunds for successfully canceled orders are typically processed within 7 business days.
• Any delivery or processing charges already incurred may be deducted from the refund, unless the cancellation is due to AIN Gold’s error.

5. Non-Cancellable Situations

• Orders already shipped or delivered.
• Customized, engraved, or personalized products.
• Gifts sent directly to a recipient once the order is dispatched.
